As long as I have been in this business (don’t ask) we have all struggled with the same problems – just in different (and ever-changing) climates. When I first opened my office, I had two small rooms, enough equipment to do the work, and a phone. After a few quiet weeks I realized if I didn’t call out that only my Mom would be calling in. So, over the years I have devised plan after plan, and system after system, to get my name out there and keep the phone ringing. As you know that is not an easy, nor a simple, project. Yet it needs to be worked on – constantly – if there is no work, if you’re swamped, or somewhere in between. Over the years I’ve told this to my staff and presented it to organizations, but I must say never as effectively as your presentation the other night. Kudos. My only hope is that it will stick in everyone’s mind. Again, thank you so very much.

Needless then to say that we love her seminars, but I say it anyway; we love her, we need her!
